Rebecca “Beckie” started RBA Therapy in 1991 out of the desire to ensure high quality care and provide a non-traditional approach to community – based therapy. Beckie’s passion has always been assisting caregivers with the challenges they face in their daily lives. She has been married since 1988 and has one daughter. Beckie remains not only the owner and president of RBA Therapy,she still sees patients regularly as our caregiver specialist. She teaches and lectures locally and on a national basis. She is an avid gardener and loves to read.

Joe has been with RBA Therapy for 3 years and specializes in adult cognitive and memory disorders. Joe is certified to administer “Assessment of Motor and Process Skills” which is a great tool to assist in identifying an individual’s ability to functional independently in the home. Joe has been married for 5 years and has one son. Joe is originally from the Cleveland area and is a die-hard Cleveland Browns fan.

Renae has been with RBA for10 years and specializes in myofascial release, a technique which manipulates soft tissue to decrease pain and increase motion. She has been married for 27years and has two sons and two daughters. Renea speaks fluent Mandarin and Burmese.

Gigi has been with RBA for five years and speaks fluent Spanish. She is passionate about working with older adults. Gigi has two sons and is an active parent in their school.

Noelle has been with RBA for 3years. She is creative and experienced in obtaining and utilizing adaptive devices to improve independence for her patient’s. Noelle has been married for 18years and has four daughters. In her spare time, Noelle is competing as a black belt in the Korean martial art of Tang Soo Do.
